Some people come carrying weight they can't name. Others know exactly what it is and still can't put it down. I practice philosophical counseling — not therapy, not coaching, something older than both. I use honest conversation, Socratic dialogue, and the kind of questions that don't let easy answers stand. I draw from Frankl, from Yalom, from the existential tradition that has always known that meaning and suffering arrive together. I don't diagnose. I don't fix. What I do is sit with people in the actual weight of their lives — not a sanitized version of it — and help them think more clearly, feel less alone, and find ground underneath them again. I work with what's actually in front of you. Not a framework imposed on top of it. You don't need to have it figured out before you arrive. Most people who find their way here have been carrying something longer than they should have had to carry it alone. Sessions are conversational, confidential, and judgment-free. If something in you recognizes this — that's probably enough reason to reach out.
